1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

Industrias de Mecanizado Hermanos Mateo S.L. is the RESPONSIBLE PARTY for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended operations for processing are:
  • Sending commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY and will be related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • To carry out market research and statistical analyses.
  • To process orders, requests, respond to inquiries, or any type of petition made by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the CONTROLLER's website.
  • To send the online newsletter with updates, offers, and promotions related to our activity.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimized under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
  • With the USER's consent: sending of commercial communications and the newsletter.
  • Based on the CONTROLLER's legitimate interest: conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be retained for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as long as legal obligations require their storage. Once they are no longer needed for that purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their complete destruction.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned, except when necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers involved in communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights granted to the USER are:
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • The right to access, rectify, port, and delete their data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (\*) in the contact form or provided in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to handle their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to it. The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all the requested data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will be fully tailored to their needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with all applicable requirements of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly adheres to the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR. Accordingly, data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed. The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the necessary information to enable them to exercise those rights.
